Ustadh Baker Assaf studied Islamic Sciences at AlMaghrib Institute. He holds a BSEE from NJIT and a MBA in Finance from Fordham University. He completed his Islamic Finance Certification from AusCIF and holds ijaazat in many fiqh (jurisprudence) books in the Shafi’ee school, as well as Riyaad Al-Saliheen and Minhaj Al-Talibin. He is currently working on his Masters Degree in Islamic Finance at Guidance College.
He regularly lectures at Islamic Centers, Universities, and Community Centers around NJ, developing Muslims to be more empowered and active within their communities.
