Dr. Muaadh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia and a Master’s and PhD in Fiqh from the Islamic University of Madinah. His graduate research focused on the Shafi’i principle of avoiding disputed matters and on Ibn Rushd’s analysis of juristic differences. He taught Fiqh at the Islamic University of Madinah and served as an instructor of Mutoon in the Prophet’s ﷺ Mosque. He also worked in the Center of Tahfeedh Al-Sunnah, where he co-authored “Qurrat Al-Aynayn: Sharh Al-Jam‘ bayna Al-Sahihayn”. He is currently the Director and Instructor of the “Iqra Quran Program” at the Islamic Society of Delaware, the khateeb of Masjid Al-Noor, and a Fiqh instructor with Qaari Institute.
