Dr. Hatem is a PhD in Comparative Fiqh from al-Jinan University, a Pediatrician, and member of AMJA permanent Fatwa Committee. Dr. Hatem holds weekly classes on various Islamic texts that are well attended by Imams and students of knowledge in Edison NJ. He is the advisor for many Islamic not for profits including Yaqeen institute, BBNJ, and NJ Dawah.
